This legal notice outlines the jurisdictional restrictions that apply to icibos and clarifies your obligations as a user. We provide sportsbook markets (covering Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other tournaments), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), slot games, and esports markets. Our platform accepts regional payment methods including DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).

It is your sole responsibility to verify that access to icibos and use of our platform comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Account Eligibility and Account Suspension
To create an account on icibos, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You must also reside in a supported jurisdiction. During our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, we confirm your identity, date of birth, and residential address. If we determine that you are located in an unsupported jurisdiction, we will suspend your account and may forfeit any balance held.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we have reason to believe you are accessing icibos from an unsupported jurisdiction or in violation of local law. Suspension may be immediate and without prior notice if we detect suspicious activity or jurisdiction violations. If your account is terminated due to jurisdiction breach, any funds in your account may be forfeited.
Data, Privacy, and Compliance References

We collect and retain your identity information, proof of address, and transaction history to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and to verify your jurisdiction eligibility. No Guarantees of Service Availability
icibos services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend services at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, lost access, or any losses that result from service interruption.
During public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi) or other events that affect banking or payment processing, withdrawal and deposit services may experience delays. We do not guarantee same-day or next-day settlement on any transaction. All timelines are subject to delays imposed by third-party payment providers and banking institutions.
Legal Liability and Dispute Resolution
icibos is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: financial loss from market selections or casino games, unauthorized account access, data breaches (beyond our reasonable control), or service interruption. By using icibos, you agree to waive any claim against us except where prohibited by law.
If you have a dispute with icibos, contact our support team via in-app messaging or email. We will investigate your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If we cannot resolve your dispute, you may pursue any remedies available under the laws of your jurisdiction. However, by using icibos, you acknowledge that your use may be restricted by jurisdiction limitations that prevent you from seeking certain remedies.
This legal notice is effective as of the date shown on icibos. We may update this notice at any time to reflect changes in law or our policies. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated notice. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of icibos immediately.
